My 40 Over 40 portrait experience, culminating in photo exhibition and magazine, is a celebration of women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. It’s about celebrating their beauty, wisdom and awesomeness and showing the world that we are far from being invisible once we turn 40. This is when for a lot of women (including myself!), start coming into themselves, undertake new challenges and finally try to do something just for them.
Andrea was the first woman I photographed in the 40 over 40 campaign. She just turned 60 and aims to have new experience each month. A portrait session was on her bucket list and here is the final result.
