I am unique & the person who I I want to be will evolve, whether I have crazy moments, calmer moments, If I choose to look a certain way then so be it.. it’s my life and I have one shot at making my legacy.I am a creator, when nothing goes right I will look for ways to get things done. I will create solutions not problems… a different approach to doing things, there’s always a way round, never give up! I am constantly finding the right balance between wanting something and forcing something. Learning about timing.. if it’s meant to be then it will be. Trust in the process… Trust in the Universe.
I am of the belief that destiny is going to bring me something bigger & better. If it’s not meant to be then it’s not part of the bigger plan.

Jules is all about fitness, healthy lifestyle and women empowerment. She is continually working on crafting a better version of herself and painting a new picture of her own life. She booked her 40 over 40 photoshoot to express herself in photographs, create memories in time for her to enjoy looking at as time passes and simply celebrate herself as an amazing and empowered woman she is today. After initial consultation with Jules, I was so inspired by her story and how incredible she looks in her 50s (shhhhhhh), it motivated me to finally give my body the respect it deserves with the right nutrition and regular exercise. And I’ve never felt better than now as I’m approaching 43 (when did that happen??!!)!
