Enjoy a relaxing day in my beautiful home studio in the outskirts of Worcester with all female team. It’s conveniently located by junction 6 on M5, easy to get to. You can get to us by car,  bus, train or taxi. I have a couple of parking spaces in front so no need to worry about this either. 

My amazing makeup artist will make you look and feel super gorgeous and the photoshoot itself will be so much fun. And a bit of hard work too 😁. There is always a lot of girly banter, even some counselling and we play your favourite music to make sure you are relaxed and ready to rock your shoot.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Step 1

It’s really simple. Just click HERE to fill in the form and submit your entry.

Step 2
Winner Announcement
I will review all entries and announce the winner on my Facebook page. I will call you to schedule the dates for your session and styling consultation via a video call (this is where we design your shoot and talk about your wardrobe choices). 
I will also briefly chat to you about how you would like to be photographed and what is the goal for your session.
Runner-ups will be notified via text message with instructions on how to claim their £250 vouchers.

Step 3
Wardrobe Consultation
This is where it gets even more exciting. Next will be all about getting you know even more, talking outfits and vision for your shoot  and what to expect on the day. We will also cover some beauty preparation steps. 

Step 4
Enjoy Your  Experience
On the day you will get makeup and hair styling (usually 1 – 1.5 hours) and around 2 hour fully guided photoshoot with 4 wardrobe changes.  After your photoshoot we will hold a reveal to see all images from your session and select your 20 absolute best ones to keep. If you decide to also go for a wall art, you will receive a £200 discount applied on your purchase. Your chosen 20 images will be fully retouched and delivered to you within 7 days from your reveal. Behind the scene images from your makeover will be delivered within 24 hours from your session.

GIVEAWAY Terms & Conditions

1. Renata Clarke Portraits experience includes a discovery phone calls before your session to truly understand who you are & what is important to you, hair styling & makeup, fully guided photoshoot, retouching and reveal of your images in the studio.
2. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
3. All sessions take place in my studio in Worcester (conveniently located just off junction 6 on M5). The full address is: 16 Stafford Avenue, WR4 0TA, Worcester, Worcestershire
4. By entering your details you are consenting to be added to our mailing list and to be contacted via phone, email or messenger. We will not share your details with anyone else and if you want to access or delete your details please contact hello@renataclarkeportraits.com
5.  No travel or other expenses included.
6. Any digital images will be released within 7 days from your session & reveal day once a full payment has been received and your images have been fully retouched. Folio box with my signature prints will be ready within 48 hrs once a retouch has been completed and shipped to you as next day delivery. Wall art is hand crafted in Italy and will take up to 4 weeks for production and delivery. Albums need 3 week turnaround.
7. My Studio Policy document is available HERE. 
8. I allow only one time re-scheduling minimum 7 days prior to your session. Second re-schedule will require a full session fee to be paid. The more notice you are able to give me and my makeup artist, the better. You can cancel your session if you wish to do so but your session fee will not be refunded.

9. Runner up prize winners will be required to pay a fully refundable £50 deposit to secure their session date. This will be either refunded on the session date or credited towards the images of their choice.
